Christina is the owner of Avantolo and brings to the organization going on 10 years
experience as an instructor of ballroom dance. She teaches in the greater Puget
Sound area. She works with individuals (both Men and Women), couples, small
and large groups. Before her entry into the ballroom community, Christina
competed internationally for Hip Hop, Lyrical and Jazz. Her efforts placed her 5th
in the world 3 times. Christina has extensive experience choreographing routines for
Hip Hop as well as student ballroom and rhythm routines and cabaret / theatre,
and enjoys teaching routines to competing amateurs. She takes her experience of
choreography and has provided special occasion services for wedding couples and
local amateur theater, including Evita. In addition, she is a regular cabaret
performer for various venues with the Seattle area. Christina holds 2 MBA's for
Marketing and Project Management in addition to being an accomplished writer,
having been recognized three times by the National Library of Congress for her
poetry. Currently she is working on her Ph.D. in Applied Management and
Decision Sciences with Walden University.
